Tips To Get Pregnant

Sometimes too much information can be overwhelming so today I thought I’d put together a little list of tips to get pregnant that you can quickly read and then implement straight away. Getting pregnant fast really isn’t rocket science but there are some basics that just have to be covered off if time is of great importance to you. Here’s five of the most important tips to get pregnant to get you started:

1. Calculating Ovulation Accurately

This is not in the number one position by accident. Calculating ovulation accurately is in my opinion the most important aspect to getting pregnant fast. To know when you’re ovulating accurately you must use OPKs or ovulation predictor kits/tests. So tip one, invest heavily in OPKs, become a guru at how to use them and see them as your crystal ball that helps you optimize the timing of your conception attempts.

2. Preconception Care

You and your partner must take very high quality preconception care vitamin and mineral supplements. Not any old supplements, they must be formulas specifically designed for preconception. Everyday supplements do not contain the higher doses required for assisting in preconception health to the maximum. Take supplements daily without fail.

3. Clean Living

Dump all unhealthy habits and lifestyle factors such as smoking, drinking alcohol, caffeine and junk food. Lifestyle factors such as stressful routines, work environments and the like need to be managed through with deep breathing and daily relaxation. Any environmental factors such as paint fumes, exhaust fumes, dry cleaning chemicals and the like should be avoided at all costs.

4. Gentle Exercise

Exercise gently as anything strenuous can rob your body of vital nutrient stores required at this time for improving your reproductive health. So walks, swimming and golf are all excellent options and should be aimed to be undertaken every other day for around 30 minutes.

5. Zinc

Zinc gets its very own spot in my top five tips to get pregnant as it’s that important! A zinc deficiency can make or break your efforts at getting pregnant fast. Your local health store consultant can help you with how to perform a zinc taste test, a simple way of determining whether you have a deficiency or not. The good news is it’s easy to fix with supplements. You must always strictly follow the recommended daily dosage as given to you by your health specialist.

Committing to the above anything less than 100% will not give you the results you want, you must give these things your all, and that includes both partners. Male infertility is affected a great deal by lifestyle factors.

So there you have it, the top five tips to get pregnant fast. If you do all these things combined you will not only improve your overall health but your reproductive health will be given just the boost it needs to help you get pregnant fast.
